As you have learned throughout these last seven weeks, the American Healthcare System is convoluted, complex, and messy at times. There are several things that make our healthcare system unique when compared to other countries such as we have no central governing agency, our reliance on technology, and the role of the third-party payer.

Write a 5-6 page paper that compares and contrasts the United States Healthcare System with the healthcare system of another country. In your paper examine care process, access, administrative efficiency, equity, and healthcare outcomes for each country. Formulate an opinion, through your research, about whether you believe the United States or the country you have chosen to research has a better healthcare system. Consider discussing how the United States as a whole can improve the healthcare system. Back up your opinion with outside sources.
