Assume you are the program director of an EMS training center. One of your instructors has come to you asking for advice on how to get his class to cooperate in group assignments. He complains that they will not take the rules seriously and show him no respect. He is a Baby Boomer, recently retired from the field, while the class is made up of three different generations: Millennial, Gen X, and Gen Z.
Your essay should address the various issues:
communication strategies of the different generations,
potential problems with the four generations in the same classroom,
concrete examples of actions that can be taken to bring the class together under the instructor’s leadership, and
strategies to develop curriculum that bridges various learning styles.
You should present an insightful and thorough analysis with strong arguments and evidence.
Your essay must be at least three pages in length and should include an introduction. You must utilize at least two outside scholarly sources. Adhere to APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment.
