Middle Paragraphs (4-5 pages): These paragraphs can focus on a specific construct or association at a time (e.g., Peer Influence on Creativity) and review, synthesize, and analyze existing research or prior studies. It discusses what is already known from prior studies and identifies the gap in the literature. Please be sure to use at least 5 peer-reviewed journal articles in this section that provide evidence related to the topic. Discuss what is known and unknown on this topic to show where there are gaps. Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of prior research. Use headers to organize this section. Don’t just list out each study, instead, relate ideas from each article to each other. Write about patterns on the topic. Show how the prior research justifies your question & hypothesis. Paraphrase other people’s work and always cite sources appropriately.
