Reflection is an important part of growth and assessment. Taking the time to consider how each area of the course has influenced you will assist in building your “leader toolbox” and utilizing the strategies practiced throughout this course.
You will complete a 2-3 page reflective analysis on the following topic: What I Learned about Organizational Analysis and Problem-Solving.
INSTRUCTIONS
Each of the three areas below must be specifically addressed
What have you learned in this class that has yielded the most significant transformation in your thoughts and/or understanding about organizations in general and problem-solving in general? This should not be about your specific organization. Include biblical integration.
What learning experiences in the course (readings, assignments, presentations, discussions, etc.) contributed most significantly to your learning and why do you think that is so? Include biblical integration.
How (if at all) do you think the insights you gained about organizations in general—and problem-solving in organizations in particular—have prepared you to be a better leader or educational administrator? Include biblical integration.
The reflection paper must:
Include a title page and an abstract; references are not required but if you cite any sources, you must then also include a current APA formatted references page.
Have a body of work of 2-3 pages of substantive text.
Reflect critical and reflexive thinking.
Include biblical integration.
Be correctly formatted in the current APA format (including the use of headings).
