Compare and contrast transformational and transactional leadership styles. Is one better than the other? Is there a time where one style gets better results than the other? Provide examples of when you might want to use one style over the other.
Using the “4 I’s” of transformational leadership, how do transformational leaders drive organizational outcomes? In addition, what do you DO, specifically, that demonstrates these behaviors? You may only demonstrate one behavior, or you may demonstrate all four.
