You will create a brochure (3-fold, 2 page brochure format) that presents your business profile. You can choose a brochure template in Microsoft Word or Canva.com. Please save your brochure as a PDF file.
Your business profile must include the following elements. You want strong paragraphs for each section. Remember to incorporate your research into appropriate portions of your profile.
Introduction: What is the purpose and mission of the company? Who are you and why should customers trust you?
Why: Why do you use various methods for your work? Why does your business operate the way it does?
What: Explain what you do. What services do you offer? What sets you apart from other companies that may do similar things?
How: How do you perform your work effectively? Perhaps add some customer reviews or statistics to help prove your credibiltiy and show customer satisfaction with your work.
Who: Who are your target customers? Who do you look to serve through your company?
Where: What region or area is your target or coverage area for service? Where are you located?
Your business profile will be graded based on the following criteria:
* All required sections of the profile are represented with adequate details and content
* Brochure is designed effectively and connects well with intended audience (customers)
* Research is properly integrated and cited correctly
* Correct langauge conventions are used for sentence structure, grammar, usage, and mechanics
